CloudMat offers two types: the Washable CloudMat with a removable, machine-washable cover, and the Premium Bounded CloudMat which should be spot cleaned only. Both feature 3cm cushioned foam and non-slip backing.

It depends on your CloudMat type. The Washable CloudMat has a removable cover—unzip it, toss it in your washing machine (cold water, gentle cycle), and tumble dry low. The Premium Bounded CloudMat should be spot cleaned only with a damp cloth and mild detergent.

No rug pad needed! All CloudMat rugs have built-in non-slip rubber backing that grips securely to hardwood, tile, and laminate floors. This saves you money and keeps the rug from bunching or sliding.

Absolutely! CloudMat rugs feature 3cm cushioned foam padding that provides a soft, safe surface for babies and toddlers. All materials are OEKO-TEX certified free from harmful substances.

In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days and arrive in 3-7 business days (Ontario & Quebec typically 3-4 days). Made-to-order rugs ship within 3-5 weeks. All orders ship free from our Toronto warehouse.

We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened items. The rug must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return.
