CloudMat ships from our warehouse in Toronto, Canada to all 50 US states. Standard delivery is 5–10 business days from order placement to delivery.

Duties and import fees
Your order ships from Canada. Because CloudMat is a Canadian business, US customers may be charged duties and import taxes by the carrier on delivery. These charges are set by US Customs and Border Protection — not by CloudMat — and can be up to 30% of order value.
Duties are collected at the time of delivery. Your courier will either bill you directly or hold the package until paid.
Before checkout, we ask US customers to acknowledge this in the cart. If you have questions, email hello@cloudmat.ca.
Returns
30-day returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping back to Toronto. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
Order cancellations
Orders are processed automatically, and in-stock items begin fulfillment within 1–2 business days — sometimes within minutes of being placed. Because of this, we can't guarantee a cancellation request will reach us before your order ships.
To request a cancellation, email hello@cloudmat.ca with your order number as soon as possible. We'll always attempt to stop the order, but we can't promise it will be caught in time.
If your order has already shipped, refuse the delivery or mark the package "Return to Sender" so it comes back unopened to our warehouse in Markham, Ontario. Refusing the package before duties are collected typically also avoids the duty charge. Once we receive the returned package, we'll issue a full refund at no cost to you. Duties already paid to the carrier are collected by US Customs and are not refundable by CloudMat.
Made-to-order and custom items cannot be cancelled once an order is placed. Because these items are produced specifically for you, production planning begins immediately and the order is final at checkout.
If a cancelled order is delivered and opened or used rather than refused, our standard 30-day return policy applies.
